Not often we Edmontonians can spend a November day in the garden. About ten of us took advantage of the beautiful weather yesterday to glean a few remaining beets, transplant broccoli into the hoop house, and fence the fruit bushes against hungry winter rabbits.
Should the weather hold, we will meet again next Saturday and finish the clean up.
