If you wish to volunteer this year, please watch EOGG’s COVID-19 safety video. Then email us at edmontonorganic@gmail.com. We will send you a membership application online.
We are awaiting final approval from the university to start working. Our tomatoes, onions, and leeks were planted months ago in a greenhouse and so one of our first tasks will be transplanting them into the garden.
Hope to see you soon.
I have a corner property in west Edm, 2 separate gardens plus flower beds, plus extensive grass cutting. Need to learn much more about soil quality, eco agriculture vs Big Food (Mark Bittman book: Animal, Vegetable, Junk) and more, that I believe EOGG would be of huge benefit. I also would like to share my garden with others in exchange for their help.
Hi,
We accept new members starting in about March or April, so let me know if you’d like to be on our mailing list. We have no need of extra garden space, so we’re not the best people to talk to about doing a trade for garden space.
